The Service currently supports integration with X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube, and other social media platforms, subject to their respective terms of service and API availability. AI features are powered by OpenAI and X.AI (Grok) models.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information

I do not warrant that:

- Posts will be successfully published to all platforms
- Analytics data will be completely accurate
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MY TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
